Non-Faulty Items

If you find you have ordered the wrong item please contact us immediately.  PEC will refund or exchange your item within 30 days, but only if it is returned within seven (7) working days of delivery; it must be complete and in the same condition as it was despatched.

Please note that this does not apply to computer software or writable media that has been opened.

The customer bears the cost of return to PEC, plus the responsibility that goods are returned to our correct address in their original condition. A secure delivery service with insurance cover for more expensive items is therefore recommended.

Faulty Items

If you suspect your item to be faulty out of the box please contact us immediately. If we establish that the problems do not seem to be related to user error we will arrange to have the item collected and returned to us complete for inspection. If we then confirm it is faulty we will replace or refund the item. If an item appears to have developed a fault after some period of time that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, please either deal directly with that manufacturer under the conditions set out in its warranty or contact us for clarification of how  best to proceed.
